Karima Fahmy

Acting General Counsel, Grosvenor

Karima joined the Grosvenor in-house legal team as Legal Counsel in 2011 and has recently been appointed Acting General Counsel.  In that time, Karima has seen the legal team grow in size and remit.  The range of matters which Karima and her team are involved in include joint ventures, major development projects, fund establishments, financings, IP and enfranchisement.  Karima also heads up the UK Company Secretarial team.

Before joining Grosvenor, Karima was an M&A lawyer at international law firm Hogan Lovells and spent time working in their London and Dubai offices.
