Female Leadership: What Women’s Advancement Looks Like in the Workplace

WEDNESDAY, 11 MAY 2016
6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
BOODLE HATFIELD, LONDON
240 BLACKFRIARS ROAD
SE1 8NW

Gender parity – including that of achieving senior positions in the private sector – is not only a pressing moral and social issue but also a critical economic challenge for businesses.

If women – who account for half the world’s working-age population – do not achieve their full economic potential, the overall global economy will suffer.

While all types of inequality have economic consequences, in this RE:WOMEN event, we will ask female leaders their stories of how they have achieved success in the workplace and how their career advancement has impacted the corporate dynamics, innovation and companies’ economic success.

We will also ask a man what his position is regarding women’s advancement in business and how gender balance in decision-making positions can improve corporate economic performance.
