Boodle Hatfield was established in 1722 and today is a leading London law firm with 33 partners. It acts for wealthy individuals, families, property owners and businesses in the United Kingdom and internationally.

Women are the powerhouse of the firm, with 58% of equity partners being women and 70% of the fee earners and partners being managed by women. The principles of equal opportunity and diversity are fundamental to our continuing success and are an essential feature of our practice. Our success in providing the right environment for women was recognised in 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015 when the firm won the Euromoney Women in Law Awards for best National Firm across 31 countries.
