Bio-Diversity Net Gain is a strategy introduced in order to make sure that any development leaves the natural environment in the best state.
Introduced by the Environment Act 2021 there are requirements that set out to create natural habitats and help wildlife adapt to climate change.
In November 2023 it will become mandatory for all developments to provide a minimum 10% net gain in bio-diversity.
This seminar seeks to look into these topics and how to plan for success, it will also explore not only the benefits surrounding Environment, Social and Governance but also the wider planet too.
