Head of Corporate Finance UK, AXA Investment Managers – Real Assets

Victoria joined AXA Investment Managers- Real Assets in 2007 and was appointed as Head of Corporate Finance UK in June 2014. Victoria has extensive experience in fund and transaction structuring, financing, liquidity management and financial reporting. During her time at AXA IM, Victoria has held various roles within Fund Management having a particular focus on Fund Finance Management for pan-European fund vehicles.

In her current position as Head of Corporate Finance UK, Victoria and her team support AXA IM – Real Assets on structuring and launching investment vehicles (including funds, joint ventures and club deal arrangements), completing real estate transactions (asset and share deals) in the UK and internationally as well as structuring, sourcing and negotiating debt financing and implementing hedging strategies.

Victoria graduated from the University of Newcastle (Australia) with a Bachelor of Commerce and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
