Partner, European Real Estate, Fried Frank London
Darren Rogers is a partner and head of Fried Frank’s European Real Estate Group, resident in London. He joined the Firm in August 2017.
Mr. Rogers specializes in the full spectrum of commercial real estate transactions, with a particular focus on real estate capital markets transactions, major City of London lettings, joint ventures and large-scale mixed-use development work. His clients include real estate companies, sovereign wealth funds and private equity firms, among others.
He serves as an associate on the British Property Federation Commercial Committee.
Chambers UK consistently recognizes Mr. Rogers as a leading individual in Real Estate. Chambers UK 2018 noted that Mr. Rogers “really takes the time to understand his client’s needs and has a very good technical grasp of the issues.” Chambers UK previously noted that Mr. Rogers “is very analytical and detailed; he understands the most complex issues quickly and will give you a commercial view. You always feel he is on top of the issues.”
Prior to joining Fried Frank, Mr. Rogers was a partner at a large international law firm.
Mr. Rogers received his LPC from the College of Law Guildford in 1998 and his LLB from the University of Sussex in 1997. He is admitted to practice in England and Wales.
