RE:WOMEN were delighted to host this special event on Careers and Parenting Responsibilities for both men and women in the real estate industry.
It was a great opportunity to learn more about shared responsibilities at home, new legislation and opportunities for men to become more involved in raising kids and how an equal society can improve individual’s wellbeing and career prospects.
Attendees heard from leaders in the real estate industry their views and experiences on how to become a present parent and successful profession and how essential it is for future business success to show that shared parenthood is part of their organisational culture.
