Vanessa is currently an asset manager at Stanhope PLC, a London-based real estate development company, and has recently founded  Mentoring Circle, a free cross-sector mentoring scheme designed to connect senior female professionals within the property industry to young women in the early stages of their career.

Vanessa qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2014 having gained an MSc in Estate Management. With a background in Property Management Vanessa spent five years specialising in the operational oversight of central London office portfolios and mixed use estates for high profile investment funds before moving into Asset Management. Prior to joining Stanhope, Vanessa worked as an Associate Director at Savills having previously worked with Workman LLP.
