Associate at Fried Frank
Sarah Goodwin is an associate in Fried Frank’s Finance Practice, resident in the Firm’s London office and is co-chair of the Fried Frank London Women’s Forum. She advises lenders and borrowers on leveraged financing transactions in both the syndicated and private credit markets.
Prior to joining Fried Frank, Ms. Goodwin worked at another international law firm. She also previously worked on secondments to GSO Capital Partners LP, where she supported the European Direct Lending team in London, and to the EMEA Loans Execution team at Barclays Investment Bank. During her career, Ms. Goodwin has had the opportunity to work overseas in Frankfurt, Düsseldorf and Hong Kong.
Ms. Goodwin has authored a number of articles published in the International Financial Law Review and Butterworths Journal of International Banking and Financial Law.
Ms. Goodwin received her MA in Modern and Medieval Languages (French and German) from the University of Cambridge and her MA in European Interdisciplinary Studies from the College of Europe, Natolin Campus, Warsaw. Ms. Goodwin received her GDL at BPP Law School, and her LPC from the College of Law and is admitted to practice in England and Wales.
