Managing Director, SitusAMC

Mairéad O’Sullivan joined SitusAMC in 2020 as Managing Director for the Irish operations. SitusAMC is a US
headquartered global real estate asset manager, advisor and project consultancy company.

Mairéad forms part of the European Senior Management Team and is responsible for developing and nurturing key client relationships, both in Ireland and on a pan European basis, whilst directing the development and implementation of real estate strategies across large client portfolios.

She has over 14 years industry experience and previously held senior roles within Davy (Ireland’s largest wealth manager), Savills, The Irish Bank Resolution Corporation and Merrion Property Group.

Within Davy, Mairéad was Senior Investment Manager for the Davy Irish Property Fund, which was awarded Best
Performing Irish Property Fund by MSCI in 2018 & 2016. Mairead was responsible for the analysis and preparation of
individual property strategies on a quarterly basis, along with sourcing and analysing real estate investment
opportunities within Ireland and formally proposing to investment committee.

Mairead is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, the Irish Banking Institute & the Institute of
Directors of Ireland. Mairead has a BA in Architectural Studies from Newcastle University & a Masters of Real Estate
from Technological University Dublin.
