Former CEO at British Property Federation
Liz is the former Chief Executive of the British Property Federation which acts as the advocate to Government for the commercial property industry. From her career as a civil servant in the Ministry of Defence Liz brings firsthand experience of how best to engage with Government. She has played a leading role in the BPF’s campaigns for REITs, for better planning, for sensible and effective taxation, for a bigger institutionally based private rented sector and, most recently, for encouraging the property industry’s role of promoting growth.
Liz has been recently appointed as Chair of the Curzon Urban Generation Company overseeing the regeneration around Birmingham’s proposed HS2 station.
