Laura Denenga is a Vice President of Quadrant Real Estate Advisors (“Quadrant”). Quadrant is a real estate investment manager with approximately $9.0 billion of assets under management.  Quadrant primarily focuses on debt investments with capabilities in the United States, Ireland & the United Kingdom, via its offices in Atlanta and London.  Since establishing its London office in 2014, Quadrant has originated approximately $800M of mezzanine and whole loan facilities in the United Kingdom and Ireland.  Laura is responsible for originating debt investments in the United Kingdom.
