Justin is a specialist prime residential valuer in central London and affluent areas beyond with focus on the valuation of homes and investments between £3M and £40M. This can be for wealth planning, taxation (ATED, CGT and inheritance), restructuring and recovery, development appraisal, funding, matrimonial purposes and litigation. Being regularly asked to act as an expert witness, Justin has presented evidence and undergone cross-examination up to High Court level.

Having qualified as a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1997, Justin manages a busy RICS Regulated firm and also serves as a surveyor member of the RICS Regulatory Tribunal, an independent judicial body for the profession that protects the public and upholds standards. His entry to property began in 1989 and his career includes a broad foundation of residential and commercial experience, and over a decade with Knight Frank as a senior member of their residential valuation team and a founder of their litigation offering before starting his own specialist and truly independent firm in 2018.
