Jessica Louise Neale
Jessica joined the CBRE Apprenticeship scheme in September 2013 at 17 years old.
The CBRE apprenticeship programme is the first of its kind in property. Over 6 years Jessica will rotate into 6 service lines, and at the end of the programme will be a fully qualified Chartered Surveyor and have an NVQ, BTEC, MSc in Real Estate and APC.
Jessica spent her first year working within the Capital Advisors Team, assisting with a range of projects. Jessica has also worked closely within teams which include Financial Consulting, Equity Raising and Investment Advisory.
Jessica’s second rotation was in Residential Valuation Advisory, where she assisted with various loan security valuations, viability studies, valuation for acquisitions and account purposes.
Jessica is currently on her third rotation within the Central London West End Leasing team. Previously to CBRE, Jessica was enrolled at Chatham Grammar School for Girls where she studied 14 GCSE’s and 4 AS-levels in Maths, History, Biology and PE.
Jessica is a keen hockey player, representing her local Women’s Hockey team, Gillingham Anchorians Hockey Club.
