Helen Murcott

Helen is a commercial real estate lawyer working in the DAC Beachcroft London office. Her client base includes institutional real estate investment clients, developers and overseas investors into the UK real estate market. She has acted for occupiers on HQ relocations and has extensive experience of structured real estate transactions and real estate finance.

Helen leads the team acting for The Royal London Mutual Insurance Society Limited, having been re-appointed to their panel in 2016, following an association with their property portfolio going back to 2006. Helen’s work for Royal London covers their high street retail portfolio nationwide.

Helen’s practice involves management and leadership skills, as much of her work is on larger projects requiring coordination of a team of lawyers from diverse practice areas and cooperation with other professional advisers.

Helen is a fluent German speaker.
