Planning Director at GL Hearn, President at Revo

Giulia is a Planning Director at GL Hearn, prior to which she was Head of Planning at Drivers Jonas. She also has five years’ experience in local government.

Giulia is one of the UK’s leading planning consultants with 35 years’ experience of influencing and delivering some of the UK’s largest urban regeneration projects, including Liverpool One, Cabot Circus, Bristol and Grand Arcade, Cambridge. She acts for investors and developers advising on city and town centre development schemes, and on asset and value enhancements in over 10 shopping centres.

She has been responsible for advising on several major London developments, including the iconic extension to Tate Modern. She is particularly active in the Vauxhall Nine Elms Battersea Opportunity Area, advising on several major mixed use regeneration projects.

Giulia is President of Revo. She chairs Revo’s Operating Board and is a member of its Strategy Board. She also sits on the BPF Development Committee; the New London Architecture Sounding Board; and the Government’s Distressed Property Taskforce which has examined the future of the High Street. She has contributed expert opinion to the Mayor’s Design Advisory Group examining London’s growth. She currently chairs the High Street Restructuring work stream of the Future High Streets Forum.
