Head of Legal, Grosvenor Europe & Indirect Investments

Debra Hoe is Head of Legal, Grosvenor Europe & Indirect Investments. Grosvenor Europe is one of the four operating companies of Grosvenor Group and the Indirect Investment business is responsible for diversifying the Group’s property interests beyond that of the four operating companies of the Group. Grosvenor Group is an international property group which develops, manages and invests in property in more than 60 cities around the world.

Debra spent 10 years in private practice with SJ Berwin in London where she advised on a wide range of corporate matters. She then joined Actis, an emerging markets private equity firm where Debra principally worked on private equity investments in China, India, South America and Singapore. Debra joined Grosvenor in early 2013 and advises the business on corporate and governance related considerations, all in the context of the long term perspective adopted by the Group.
