Daljit is a Co-Founder and COO at Précis Capital Partners, providing finance for large-scale real estate development projects across the UK. Précis Capital funds a range of living assets, from residential for sale or rent, to student accommodation and retirement living.

Daljit is a business mentor at REACH – a scale up program created by Second Century Ventures, an early-stage technology fund. As a mentor, she works directly with a cohort of PropTech companies to share her industry experience and insights.

Daljit is also a private investor with significant operational and investment expertise developed over a 20+ year career creating, managing, and advising new and established companies and successful seed investments in PropTech, FinTech, HealthTech, Entertainment Tech, Data and AI companies.

Daljit is the former Co-Founder and COO of Urban Exposure Plc (LON: UEX), building the company over nearly two decades into the UK’s leading residential development financer, listing at £165m market cap and extending over £1.7 billion in financing.
