Personal data we collect
We collect the following information:

- Information related to monies paid for membership or events by you
- Information collected from event hosts, sponsors or speakers
Please note that we do not collect any payment information. All payment data are processed by authorized third party payment services providers.

- Contact details: your name, email address(es), company name, job title;
- Information related to your account: payment type or method, username, encrypted password;
- Any consents, communications and feedback that you provide to us;

- Your user account identity and registration date (if you are logged in);

Information related to your payments:
- Information on orders, deliveries, payment methods, billing address(es), delivery address(es), and other information related to payments to REWOMEN;

Information collected from other sources which may be combined with your user account:
- If you have connected to the REWOMEN website, attended an event or connected to us via social media channel using your social media profile(s), we may collect the public information available on your social media profile(s);
We may use third party service providers for payment processing, in which case you will be directed to the relevant third party service provider’s website which is subject to that third party service provider’s terms and conditions. REWOMEN does not store credit card information.
How REWOMEN uses your personal data
We collect your personal data in order to offer you interesting seminars and events or relevant offers; and to operate and maintain our website and services effectively. We use the collected information for the following purposes:

We want to offer you the most interesting events and therefore we may analyze your interests, preferences and needs. We may process your personal data to manage our relationship with you.
In addition, we may process your personal data to optimize our website mails.
Your personal data may be processed for the purposes of informing you about our events and offers. This may be carried out as follows:

We use anonymized data for reporting purposes. Such data have been anonymized and cannot be used to identify you. We use such data to analyze the realization of our commercial objectives, such as effectiveness of our events campaigns. Such anonymized data may contain:

How long is your data stored
- Your data are stored as long as your online account is valid, plus a maximum of another 12 months for delayed membership renewal purposes.
- Remember to update your information if any material changes occur.
How we disclose your personal data to other parties
We do not disclose your data to third parties except for your name and company name for registration purposes at events, and except for processors related to facilitating payments. We do not sell, lease or rent your data. Your data are adequately protected.
Personal data of children
We do not collect personal data of children.
Steps taken to safeguard the personal data
We have created appropriate safeguards to protect your personal data. The database and website are run on secure servers with security protocols in place. Only restricted officers of REWOMEN are permitted to access your data and will only rarely need to do so. However, you should always be careful when transmitting your data via internet, as the transmission of data to our website will be at your risk.
Subject to applicable law, you may have the following rights with respect to the processing of your personal data:
- Choosing not to provide your personal data
- Accessing, or obtaining a copy of, your personal data
- Checking and editing your data in your user account

Please note that upon exercising any of the rights listed below, you may be requested to provide additional information for identification purposes. Such additional information shall not be used for any other purpose and will be removed after successful identification.

It should be noted that some features of our website and other services may not be fully available to you if you choose not to provide us with your personal data (e.g., we may not be able to process your orders without the necessary details).
- Right of access: You may have the right to request access to, or copies of, your personal data, together with information regarding the nature, processing and disclosure of those data.
- Unsubscribing: We include an unsubscribe link in all electronic marketing messages we send to you. You may withdraw your consent to direct marketing at any time. If you do not have an online user account, you may contact us using the details provided below, who will upon your request as soon as possible rectify, remove or complete the information which is incorrect, unnecessary, lacking or outdated.
- Blocking and deleting cookies: You may block the cookies using your browser settings. Please note that blocking the cookies may affect the usability of our website. You may also delete the cookies from your browser via its settings, in which case the information collected by the previous cookie will not affect the account created based on the information collected after such deletion.
- Allowing use of location data: You may give your consent to the use of location data in the options of the device or the application. You may also withdraw such consent at any time from the options menu in your account, or by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org
- Erasure, or restriction of our processing, of your data: Should you believe that we process your data which is not accurate; the processing is illegal; we are not processing your data in accordance with the processing purpose or you want to oppose the processing, you may contact email@example.com to request the erasure, or restrictions on the processing, of your data. Please note that we will investigate your request reasonably promptly, before deciding what action to take.
- Right to object: You may have the right to object, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of your personal data.

- Right to data portability: According to the GDPR legislation you may have the right to have your personal data transferred to another controller, but we cannot imagine this situation ever being relevant to REWOMEN. Erasing data would be the alternative.
