Architect and Senior Partner, Pollard Thomas Edwards

Teresa is one of Pollard Thomas Edwards architects’ senior equity partners.

She has over 30 years’ experience in the housing, mixed-use and regeneration sectors, and has both designed and delivered a series of successful and award-winning projects, ranging from major developments to infill sites and refurbishments.

She is known for her close attention to detail, and has a special expertise in the complex interweaving of new and historic buildings: high-profile work in this sector includes award-winning offices for our own developer/ contractor clients.

Teresa is involved in PTE’s own property development activity and on one project acted as developer, architect and main contractor. Teresa is a RIBA Client Adviser, RICS Awards and competitions judge. In 2015 Teresa was awarded AJ Woman Architect of the Year 2015.
