Stephanie has worked across a wide range of sectors in the construction industry. She was part of the pilot team that delivered the first of the pioneering Building Schools for the Future programme; she has worked on a number of large structured finances projects and is currently working on a major retail and mixed use development in Scotland to deliver 2,000,000 sf of space, as well as a residential development in Cardiff delivering more than 600 new homes and a new ice arena. She was the first women to run and office for Gardiner and Theobald and championed flexible working within the company in the late 1990s. Stephanie lives in Cornwall with her family.
