Sophia Nesro

Trainee Surveyor, London Leasing, CBRE

Sophia Nesro is currently a trainee surveyor within CBRE’s London Leasing service line, with a distinct focus on Landlord and Tenant Law. She is also a co-founding member of CBRE’s first Multi-Cultural Network.  In July 2015 at the age of 22, Sophia graduated from the University of Westminster with two years of full-time, relevant work experience and her own client base, prior to starting at CBRE.

Whilst studying for her Property and Planning degree, she maintained a full-time role at a medium sized surveying firm in the City where she gained experience in property administration and gradually, a variety of technical disciplines including hotel valuations and project management whilst directly assisting the Managing Director.

Prior to her surveying experience, Sophia had worked in restaurants since the age of 16, which she adamantly believes has given her invaluable transferable skills which benefit her role as a surveyor today.
