Naomi Hawkes

Naomi was called to the Bar in 1994. A specialist in property litigation, her practice covers all areas of landlord and tenant law; both residential and commercial. She acts in a range of real property disputes; in claims concerning the informal acquisition of rights in land; and in litigation between local authorities and private landlords. She sits part-time as a Judge of the First-Tier Tribunal Property Chamber on the London Panel. She also undertakes general commercial litigation. Naomi acts for a wide range of clients, from private individuals to large organisations and she regularly provides in-house training for solicitors. Naomi qualified as a yoga instructor in her spare time and she occasionally teaches yoga.
