Charlotte started Thatcher Consulting in 2012, a strategic consulting firm which advises clients on how to attract, recruit & retain women in business.

She has an extensive background in recruiting senior hires for businesses as a headhunter and as an in-house practitioner, working for firms such as Whitehead Mann and Morgan Stanley.  Charlotte has advised  both start-ups and multi-nationals, and is credible at board level and with line-management across a wide range of industries from banking and financial services, through to retail and oil & gas.  She has a Law degree from Bristol University and currently lives in Buckinghamshire with her family.
